I am looking to create a high energy, motivating, and non-intimidating environment for people looking to transform their lives. I have dedicated the past four years to my own health and fitness journey, ultimately losing over 120 pounds starting from over 300 pounds. I want to be a relatable source and example for those looking to improve their overall health and attain realistic goals.
