What you can expect is a GREAT full body work out. Focusing specifically on what it is that you are looking for. No matter the limitations of your home equipment might be, CREATIVITY is the key. VERY IMPORTANT key factor in my training, is that I make my clients wear a HEART RATE MONITOR to measure the intensity they are training in. This is crucial for burning FAT calories and getting maximum result during each session.
I believe in pushing an individual to THEIR maximum, and not what I as trainer can do. Many people do not enjoy working out, but do it due to health reasons. I do my best pushing my clients, but at their comfort level, as well as making the session as fun as possible. No Jillian Michaels yelling during my training.
