I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 2 years, and I have trained all ages of clients on a myriad of goals. Whether you are looking for weight loss, weight gain, strength training, conditioning, cardiovascular training, functional movement training, nutrition coaching, etc, I have adapted my training to help everyone who has come to me achieve their goals.
I believe training is an art form, and there is no concrete way to achieve ones goals. My job is to guide, train, and advise you to get to yours. Some clients want to train multiple times a week, while others want to train once and be given direction throughout the week. Regardless of what you are looking for in training, my goal is to get you to your goal.
My training comes with a complimentary first session, where we can get in depth about what you are looking for and to see if this would be a good fit for both of us. If you decide my training is not for you, then the session is still free and I wish you well on your journey!
I like to make things easy on my clients, It comes with nutrition advice, no long term contracts, flexibility for scheduling, and your desired outcomes. No business tricks, No quotas, No spam emails. Purely a way for you to be the person you want to be and a dedicated trainer to guide you along the way. I do this to help people, not for some business quotas.
