Ted is an excellent personal trainer. He puts in a lot effort to make each work out unique and innovative. With his positive energy and enthusiasm, he actually manages to make working out fun! I've cursed his name more times than I can count, which, to me, is the best compliment a personal trainer can receive.
Ted was my Personal Trainer for several months while he was going to the National Personal Training Institute. He was reliable, personable, responsive and very attentive to my concerns. Ted came prepared each session and developed a diverse set of training programs that fit my needs. I would highly recommend Ted to others for personal training.
Ted introduced me to personal training and I've been hooked ever since. He's knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and makes my sessions fun and rewarding. I always leave feeling that I've had a great workout. Ted understands that getting healthy and fit isn't just about the time spent in our sessions, but also about time outside the gym. He's able to to provide guidance about all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. He keeps me motivated and I always look forward to our sessions.
When I started at Orange Shoe, I had been through a series of failed attempts to truly habituate working out. I’d get hot and heavy for awhile, then flame out, then repeat that process over and over. I also had some nagging injuries left over from high school sports that were impeding my progress. Ted helped me take a broad look at my physical health, and then implemented a plan that was customized around me and my particular tendencies. Since that happened, I’ve never felt better physically in my adult life. Ted is a true professional, and a great guy to boot. If there is a better trainer out there, I would be shocked.
