My favorite exercise

Oh my. I don't like this question because it's just like someone asking you your favorite song hahaha. You'll find your taste in exercise is ever changing!!! As we progress from one fitness level to another, our body system will be introduce us to new/more fun exercises. Right now, I really like pull-ups but am in serious need to get better at them! A guilty pleasure of mine are oblique trunk rotations at a cable machine.

My training philosophy

For those who are just beginning their new active lifestyle, the hardest piece of equipment is the front door. I hope to make the gym, not just a place of habit, but a place my client's look forward to going to. I train with the intention to making exercise therapeutic, challenging and fun. I want this new lifestyle of yours to be lifelong and I'm here to ensure we stay on track. Establishing a basic foundation of movements are important, but as we progress together, we we will challenge those movements in a variety of different ways.

My training experience

I've been an active individual throughout my entire life. I was introduced to exercise early on in my childhood mostly through sports related activities. As I got into college and after experiencing numerous injuries on the field, I began to focus on weight lifting and strength training to help keep my body adept to those forces. From there, I quickly became interested in the body and how you could learn to manipulate it in your favor. I enjoyed seeing the physical and mental change that came with a consistent routine. I have experienced the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and I want to give that to others if given the chance ;)
