My approach is client-focused. I believe training should be engaging as well as challenging so the client takes a proactive approach and can fully dedicate themselves to making positive changes. With so many different forms of exercise and available fitness, methods, no client should feel bored.
People should look forward to their workouts. If you're bored or not seeing results, it's easy to get discouraged. Helping a client reach their goals should be the trainer's main goal.
