My favorite client story
One of my most inspiring clients was a young man who had cerebal palsy since the age of 2. He had a never-say-can't- do attitude with fierce determination to complete the programs I designed for him. He went on to become a fellow employee at the Rec Center I trained at.

The kettlebell swing to overhead press as a nice multi-joint exercise.

My training experience
I have been an active personal trainer since 2014 and have worked with clients as young as 14 and old as 86. My clients ranged from being apparently healthy with no pre-existing medical conditions to clients with multiple medical issues. Each client (with their own inspiring story) has challenged me to become a better trainer as well as enriched my experience as a human being.
