I'm a big believer in the "fitness lifestyle". By that I mean to be fit is more a mindset and a general way of approaching life addition too but not exclusively reserved to sweat soaked shirts or elevated heart rates.
With that said when it comes to my training style, I am very goal oriented. we will create a fitness path together that will be a straight a line to your goal but also accommodating to your personal style. The result will be a program that you will be able to maintain with consistency while equally giving the results you desire.
