A typical day varies among clients because every program is personalized based on goals and current state. I have experience with children, all the way up to senior citizens. I am familiar with clients who have busy work schedules and sometimes need a little motivation to get a workout in. I am very big on functional movement and incorporating corrective exercises into proper programming. I want to insure my clients are at minimum risk for injuries; the basics must be mastered before progressing. I am very passionate about personal training and find my job extremely rewarding. I am very educated in the sciences of Nutrition and Dietetics, so I always assist in that area to the best of my abilities. At the end of the day it is all about my clients goals, I am just as dedicated to reaching their goals as they are.
