I became a trainer after poor training during high school sports. I don't want anybody to work with coaches or trainers who don't care about them and their progress.
our sessions will usually start with discussions over what you would want to get most out of training, and how soon you would hope to achieve those goals, whether those are college athletics, losing weight, learning to walk again, or anything in between.
For beginners, after a few light sessions, you will be able to feel your endurance increase, and any pain begin to effect you less, after that, harder training will begin, which is where all of the permanent changes can start taking place.
For more advanced people, like athletes or those who have worked with trainers before, Training will begin very difficult, and get lighter after 2 weeks, to help fix any weaknesses that we can find in those two weeks.
