Higher Than Altitude is an amazing opportunity to get up, get out and explore the outdoors while getting a workout in at the same time! When I first joined the bootcamps offered by HTA, I wondered if I could keep up with the much younger members. Coach Adam gave me the confidence I needed to do whatever I wanted to achieve. This past month I ran my first trail race and actually came in 1st place in my age group. I have also successfully climbed not one but four amazing 14ers in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado, hiking with others half my age. My strength and endurance are now beyond what they were in my 20s and I could not have achieved this without Adam and HTA! Life is short and I plan to continue to Live it Without Limits with HTA.
