About Naomi

Naomi originally hails from Kansas City, MO and recently relocated to Colorado Springs with her wife, who is currently service Active Duty in the US Army.
Naomi studied Psychology at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. After graduating from college in 2010, she spent the next few years traveling and fell in love with roller derby in 2012 while living in Pensacola, Florida.

She began playing competitive roller derby when she relocated to Tokyo, Japan, in 2013, where she played for the Zama Killer Katanas under the Tokyo Roller Girls Derby League. After a career ending injury, she hung up her skates for good and entered into the world of weightlifting.

Naomi earned her NASM CPT/CNC in Summer of 2020 and also achieved her TRX Certified Training Certification in December 2020. She is currently studying for her Corrective Exercise Specialist certification.

Naomi’s ideal clients are women who are new to the gym and she enjoys teaching and showing different ways of training around the weight room. She is also eager to take on clients currently serving in the Armed Forces to assist with Physical Fitness Test Preparation. Naomi particularly excels with functional training, HIIT style workouts, and strength training for all levels.
