I bring over 22 years of experience in the fitness industry to the client. I specialize in working with amateur athletes who are recovering from injuries; seniors who want to maintain their lifestyle (including post rehab work for joint replacements and other serious medical issues);those who need to lose weight and overall fitness/strength building. I am also a certified yoga instructor and work with those who need to revisit their practice for injury prevention.
