I have been training for 27 years! I believe fitness is the basis for life happiness. It enhances your happy mood and can bring most people to a higher place mentally and spiritually. I love helping with that process with committed people. I can assist with diet and meal prepping as I have been doing that myself since I participated in my first figure show back in 2011.
