This is what I do. I'm a personal trainer looking to change the lives around me. It is a true passion of mine to help people live happy and healthy lives... On paper it sounds simple. Workout most days of the week and eat sensibly. How easy can this task get? For some, it might be difficult to manage. Is your job getting in the way? Do you not have enough time during the day? Is a previous injury holding you back? Do you know what to do, but you're just not motivated? Are you FRUSTRATED and do you feel HELPLESS? To start off, what is "workout" or "sensible"? From my experience these terms have not been universal to everyone. I'm here to define what those terms are and how to achieve them for YOU! With 24/7 support and resources well beyond what is required, I have the tools necessary to create and coach you through an individualized program for you to reach your goals!
It is first important to work on getting you (the client) out of pain and into proper function. THEN your aesthetic goals are the top priority. Thus, a treat/train approach is used so that you will have results that are sustainable instead of 6 weeks-able (my way of stating that results come from lifelong commitments vs. short-term commitments in health daily living).
