I am a former D-1 athlete who loves to workout! I enjoy developing relationships and exercise programs that benefit each individual client that I work with. The way a typical session will run is based solely off of the individuals goals and how many times they want to meet throughout the week. I've worked with a variety of different clients ranging from young to old and from underweight to overweight. I became a trainer because its another way to do what I love and positively impact an individuals life.

I don't have one specific client story that would qualify as my favorite, but I love when my clients are complimented by random strangers or by people they see on a regular basis who notice change and recognize their hard work.
