Damon said he was getting back injections again. I gave him some corrective exercises to help with his posture and he said he didn't need the back injections anymore...Anthony took prescription pain killers to fall asleep every night because his back pain was intense. He tried 10 different massage therapist's but he couldn't find any relief. After we started training together he didn't need his prescription pain killers to go to sleep anymore.

It is not your fault that you have back pain. My mom always told me to sit up straight and I tried but anytime I focused on something else my shoulders would always roll forward. My low back would get really tight just from holding my shoulders up for while standing. 


6 years ago I found the reason why my shoulders were rolling forward and my low back was getting tense. It was because my hip flexors were too tight. I have been able to quickly help clients who have an over arched back relieve tightness in their hip flexors. Their back naturally flattens and over a few months and the shoulders start to sit farther back. 


To achieve permanent relief from back pain I help people figure out why their hip flexors are so tight. Often the reason they are so tight is because their glutes were weak and my clients were sitting too much. I will start by helping you achieve healthier hip posture so your low back will not get tight your and you can stand without your shoulders rolling forward giving you a more confident prescence.
