Justin Barnikow, Resistance Training Specialist, CPT. My training experience is founded on going above and beyond the scope of practice and disproving all of the excessively common myths in fitness and nutrition, as well as supplements. Most personal trainers base YOUR workouts off of their own personal experience, treating you just as they treat themselves or other clients with anecdotal methods. I take as many steps as possible to be the most attentive and qualified fitness professional, and will prove you my worth within our first session.

My favorite client story

My favorite client success story is my first ever bodybuilding competition prep. I was 18 years old when I trained my 22 year old aspiring bodybuilder and was finally able to apply all I had studied immensely for. We turned his physique into a 322 lb spectacle, standing at 6'5" and 4.6% body fat. After 5 months of training and dialing in together, he took 2nd place of 9 competitors in his first ever bodybuilding show, and that makes me proud of the work we did.

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise has to be the squat. Nothing is better than being able to put an impressive amount of weight on your back and feel your entire body work together to power through an exercise that has so many different aspects in its' mechanics, there's something for everybody to like if you know what to look for.
