About Lindsay

Hi there y’all Im Lindsay! My fitness journey and career has brought me through all stages of life varying emotions, fitness levels and weights, special conditions, intensities and goals . I am empathetic to my clients needs and goals and will strive at anything to help them get there. I am fluid in my program building I believe fitness is not a “one size fits all“ concept so what may work for one person may have a very adverse effect for the next. I have trained and train people from all walks of life from , seniors, clients recovering from stroke, speech impairments, diabetes, pre diabetes, siatica, CrossFit injured, scoliosis, breast cancer, high cholesterol, post knee surgery, dancers, gymnasts, Dallas Mavericks, men, women, children, obesity, powerlifting, wedding prep, hunting prep, and outdoor training, vacation prep, beach bodys etc. I use and implement several styles into building my circuits including but not limited to Calisthenics, Powerlifting, Cables, resistance bands, bodybuilding, pylometrics, static holds, hypertrophy, cardio circuits, stair training, ropes, trx, and machines. I’m super flexible in training locations and can build amazing workouts to Get you where you need and desire to be. 

My favorite client story

I could not limit it to one, rewarding has been just getting to give clients their life back I have a stroke victim who barely spoke and had no function or control over his right arm now after 8 months can speak full sentences confidently and has doubled his upper body 1Rm and has full control over his arm. I have a middle aged woman who I have grown to have as a staple in my week she couldn’t lunge without wobbling, hold a barbell or squat without her heels lifting now she’s lunging correctly with dumbbells, can barbell squat two times her body weight with correct form and deadlift beautifully. I train a former Dallas Maverick who started with me frustrated about weight gain who now has been strength training with me four days a week and is down in inches, has full mobility, and quality of life is acceptable to that when he played ball. I have a 63 year old client who came to me after a CrossFit injury barely able to walk and now after a year of training 3 times a week 30 min sessions just got back from trekking Norway, Germany, Austria and Sweden. She walked castles and climbed the sides of mountains and is moving better than some of my clients in their 20s.

My training experience

My training started four years ago when I began training myself I fell in love with fitness. I started off weightlifting found powerlifting and have found ways to incorporate the outdoors and exercise together to bring training programs that heal and grow you.
