My clients achieve their goals! The key is variation. Variation is important when it comes to getting in shape and maintaining it. We all know how boring exercising can get at times. A well-rounded, variable, resistance training program tends to eliminate boredom from a workout routine. In addition to resistance training with free weights, machines, bands and body weight, my clients may perform Pilates and yoga movements as well as plyometric exercises. Depending on the program design, some clients also participate in cardiovascular-interval training and stability, balance and flexibility training. Every client is a little different, so expect to be treated as an individual. We will work together to help you achieve your individual goals.
I believe in living a balanced lifestyle, and I find that it is important to design a workout program that fits the individual. The program must be realistic, and since every individual's lifestyle is different, the program must fit the individual's specific goals and needs. These goals and needs can change as one's life changes, and I feel a personal trainer should always be aware of this. Although sacrifices must be made to get and stay healthy, I feel that life is short and that, oftentimes, moderating unhealthy behavior is better than giving up all of the things that we enjoy.
