WOMEN ONLY. As a woman, I know you want to tone your arms, flatten your stomach, lift your butt, and lean your thighs. I specialize in training women with a focus on streamlining muscles to achieve a lean, toned physique.

I have helped clients lean out for pageants (including Miss TX Teen International - she won the crown and the fitness segment!) I have clients who are models - as I focus on weight loss and streamiining, my program is perfect for toning up while trimming down. I also help new moms lose baby weight:) And I've helped more mature women reach fitness goals they never have before! It's awesome to hear someone say that they're in the best shape of their life at 50 :)

I infuse cardio into my workouts, so your heart rate stays elevated throughout (the best way to burn fat! ) I use mostly bands, balls, and small weights to keep the focus on cardio health and weight-loss. I also offer nutrition guidance. Every workout is tailored for each specific client, and the workouts grow with you as you gain strength, endurance, and reach your goals!

I love fitness. I was an athlete when I was younger and discovered training when I was in college (at SMU). I train exclusively women - I understand women's bodies and understand that we need a comprehensive approach to fitness. We need cardio, strength training, flexibility, nutritional guidance... and of course we want to look great in our jeans!
