She had been to orthopedics who told her surgery was the only option but we both refused to accept that. It took a full year but she now has full range of motion and she was shoulder pressing 25lb dumbbells just the other day.

Brandon C.
Brandon found me when i was training at Life Time Fitness and after a few Freebie sessions he bought into my madness. Brandon is a Judo Fighter that was training for worlds and while his technique was on point his strength and conditioning was lacking. We put 4-5 months into his training, he added 6 pounds of lean muscle while dropping to 8% body fat and maintaining his competition weight. Brandon got first place in the 68kg category at the World Championship qualifier in 2015 and went on to worlds shortly after placing 1st in his weight class.
