About Sergio

I'm here to motivate and help change someone's lifestyle and also to help them get their dream body they've always wanted. I work with all types of clients, beginner/intermediate/advanced. My programs are for everybody and everybody's body is different so I will set up a custom program according to their fitness goals. Firm believer that anybody can achieve their fitness goals, you just gotta want it bad and be willing to work for it. There's no such thing as a quick fix or a magic pill, if being fit was that easy then the whole world would look the same. Make a change in your lifestyle by becoming healthy and active, and once it becomes a habit then you will never go back to your old ways.


My favorite client story

Male client who always wanted to get in better shape and never thought he could achieve his dream body. He is now about to step on stage as a bodybuilder for the first time and has made a lot of progress since working with me consistently for 6 months.

My favorite exercise

I like to stick with basic workouts as my favorites, cause they're effective and will never fail on you. Squats- helps overall to build a good body foundation and should be the staple workout for improving legs & glutes. Pull ups- helps with improving overall strength & builds a strong sexy back. Push ups- I use push ups to warm up or to burn out towards the end of a workout
