I left my jobs in a big box gym and therapy office to start up She Is Mighty Training so I could pursue my dream in helping women find their true strength and confidence by giving them the tools to lose weight and keep it off without hours of cardio or food restrictions.

Sheena was recommended to me through friends after I broke my foot. Four surgeries later, I needed help with flexibility, mobility, balance and core strength. When I retired at 67 in 2019 I didn’t realize how much my health had deteriorated. A decade of working a high stress job and caring for elderly parents meant I spent my time and energy on others. I began actively working on being healthier. With different nutrition, an acupuncturist, a chiropractor and increased physical activity I shed 50 pounds in 9 months. I felt much better; my strength and stamina were much improved. 2020 brought Covid and although I didn’t change my nutrition, the isolation of the pandemic has been challenging to my physical activity levels but I haven’t given up. Sheena has helped by giving me ideas for home exercises and regular communication for accountability. It’s never too late to start improving your health. I highly recommend Sheena if you are looking to improve your health overall. She has a great spirit and is always so encouraging and knowledgeable.
