After this last year I’ve gained weight and have felt very uncomfortable. I was really nervous that a trainer would judge me and I’d feel uncomfortable. Callie has been amazing to work with. She’s very motivating and I actually look forward to my workouts. She makes sure to tailor workouts according to my fitness goals and restrictions, explains the benefits of the exercises we’re doing, and consistently shows me new exercises. I also appreciate that’s she’s very flexible.

I'll start this by saying that I really hate working out, but decided to give this a try. Callie is really great to work with! She is very encouraging and listens to my concerns. She is willing to work with the equipment you have. Each week has had its own unique workout. I am learning a lot, losing weight, and gaining more strength! Definitely recommend!
