Hello my name is Chris, I am an independent personal trainer (in-home, outdoors, studio gyms).I have been training one-on-one for about 8 years. My other services are:

Before I became a trainer, I worked out simply to stay in shape and get stronger but it became much more than that. Fitness can help you not only physically but mentally as well. I have anxiety and whether its lifting weights once a day, swimming for 30 min or playing basketball, I'm happy and content. That's why I started personal training. I always wanted to get into a job that helped people and I thought Personal Training was the best career path for me. My personal training stands out because I truly care about my clients and their fitness goals are important to me. This is my passion and I show it in every session.

I've been working with Chris for 2 years, we work out twice a week and I'm 70 years old. We've been kickboxing, strength training, and balance work. I feel so much stronger now, I haven't had to see my chiropractor in over a year. My legs are stronger and I have more staminaI, I don't have to stop as frequently when I ski. I'm now able to keep up with my 5 grandchildren. Chris has really helped me change in so many ways.
Chris is a phenomenal trainer who gets results! He’s dedicated and focused, fun to be around, and pushes me to work harder. He’s a great listener who checks in on how sore I am and changes the workouts every time. Excellent coach!
I think to anticipate what I need in a training session is what he does very well. I like a variety of different types of workouts and he keeps it fresh and I am never bored.
Chris really cares about his clients and works very hard to make sure they reach their goals. He also has a way of making all the workouts fun.
I have been working with Chris for a few months now. I prefer someone upfront and direct that can teach me the ins and outs of exercise/activity as a whole, and that’s exactly what Chris has brought me into. Being in good health is a facet; there are many avenues and paths included. I am happy with Chris because he shows me what works.
Chris was a great trainer to work with. He knew how to push me (within reason) but also when and where to hold back, especially when I just started with him and was not in the best of shape. I will definitely be working with Chris in the future. I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a different experience with every training session.
Great training and fun workout (kick-boxing). Chris takes the time to teach good form and motivates to go the extra mile.
Chris listened to my fitness goals and is adapting my workout sessions based on how I am feeling each time. I am doing different routines to focus on specific muscle groups. The variety helps keep me motivated. And, I am feeling stronger and more in shape.
Chris is a great trainer. He is able to tailor each workout to my goals and ability level. Chris is flexible and able to work around my schedule, and I appreciate that he is often able to train me at my apartment building’s gym. Would definitely recommend.
I've been training with Chris for a few months, and his workouts are though! But he makes it fun and interesting by varying the exercises every time. Chris is also very picky about performing exercises with proper form to avoid injury and get the most benefit, which I really appreciate. I've definitely gotten stronger since I started working out with Chris!
Chris was dedicated to my success from the first workout. He is always energetic to push me to do my best.
