About Dana

I am a 41-year-old mother of 5 who has successfully lost 80 pounds, run a half-marathon and been featured in national print, a well-known workout DVD, and on local television for my transformation success story. I excel in transforming my client's health with strength training and cardiovascular conditioning, nutritional and supplementation guidance, meal planning and preparation, healthy family eating within a budget and overcoming mental and emotional obstacles to achieving goals.

I believe people need education and guidance but most importantly encouragement to remind themselves of why they are important, and to uncover and dispose of what has previously been holding them back from achieving their goals.


My favorite client story

I had a client who had really resigned herself to being an overweight, lethargic and under-performing mom who not only lost all of her extra weight but became a fitness professional helping other people achieve their goals because of the new found joy in her life she experienced by overcoming her obstacles and achieving her goals.

My favorite exercise is group fitness because of the social, fun atmosphere and the camaraderie developed by working out with others.

My training philosophy

My training experience

I am a Tabata Bootcamp Master Trainer and Group Ex instructor for two gyms locally and also in corporate locations, certified in personal training, total body strength conditioning, and multiple Group Ex formats. I have coached several private clients very successfully in their long-term weight loss and health improvement process. I especially enjoy working with stay-at-home moms struggling to find balance between their health and taking care of their families.
