About Eric

I believe in a training experience that is customized to fit each individuals body type and fitness goals. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to personal training. I will push you to the very limits of your abilities in order to optimize your results and give you the most bang for your buck. Also, I come to you. I will train you in the comfort of your own home or even at your local park (weather permitting).

I believe that any person, no matter their fitness level, has the potential to achieve new heights of personal fitness. All it takes is motivation and education. Whether it be fat loss, sports specific conditioning and/or increase in lean mass, I can help you to achieve your fitness goals.


My favorite client story

I have a client who came to me because she had spent the last ten years letting herself go. This woman was a collegiate athlete and had grown soft and out of shape. Within two weeks she had lost six pounds and after a month her waistline had shrunk by over four inches! She continues to invest everything she has to her program and is constantly setting and meeting personal goals. If you were to see her before and as she is now, you would not believe the transformation she has made in just two months of training!

My favorite exercise

I love pullups. There is always a certain amount of satisfaction that people have when they get their first unassisted pullup and hit each repetition goal that they set for this exercise.

My training experience

Eric served The United States of America as a soldier in the Army. After leaving the military, he went on to fight forest fires. His love of fitness has lead him to becoming a personal trainer. He is currently studying to become a Clinical Exercise Specialist and hopes to eventually work with cardiac patients. Eric has an excitement to him that inspires others to push harder. He is passionate about fitness and believes that anyone can accomplish their fitness goals if they are dedicated.
