If you're looking for high quality in-home personal training, you've come to the right place! Coach Jenn is a certified Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, Paralysis Recovery Specialist, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Personal Trainer with a degree in Exercise Science who will give you the attention and individualized training program you expect and deserve. Serving the western Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Greenwood & Cherry Hills Village, Lone Tree, Englewood, and Wash Park areas. Let me help you achieve your goals!

I come to YOU with private and convenient in-home personal training. No need to worry about making it to the gym in the snow, or extra membership fees, no worries about looking out of place or feeling awkward - it's all about YOU during our time together. This also allows us to better focus on your goals - want to get better at hiking or biking? We'll go for a ride or climb the MAC Incline, Red Rocks, or a local trail. Enjoy outdoor snowsports but don't know where to start? Let's go snowshoeing! We aren't under any of the constraints you would experience in a gym.

Coming back from an injury or illness? I'll work with your medical professional to make sure we're working together to get back to pre-injury condition in the most effective and safe manner. This includes attending an appointment with you and your provider.

My objective as a fitness professional is to help people find that which they enjoy doing, and create a personal program around it that will provide balance and health of the body, mind, and soul. These days, people are always on the go, and stress levels are increasing along with waist lines. Participating in an enjoyable activity can help relieve stress, increase fitness, and restore balance in life. If you're looking for a dedicated partner who is eager to help you achieve your goals, you've found them!

My favorite client story

I love seeing my clients succeed! One of my clients likes to watch those crazy YouTube videos where people are doing all kinds of amazing exercises; things the majority of the general public can't do. As a 50-something woman who isn't routinely active outside of our sessions, she likes to visualize herself doing some of these things. I was moderately surprised when she came to me one day asking about renegade rows. We started on the knees with a trial run, then I had her pop up onto her toes to give it a go. She was SO impressed with herself that she could actually do it!!! When we first started training 6 months earlier, she could only hold a plank for 10 seconds. She never imagines she could hold it long enough to do 12 reps, nor that she could hold it with one hand! I am so proud of how far she's come!

My training philosophy

"Move for fun; move for life!" This is my philosophy on physical activity. I believe you need to find something you enjoy doing in order to ensure you’ll do it throughout your life. Be it group exercise, cycling, hiking, running, or competitive sports, doing what you love to do will keep you motivated to keep on moving. It doesn’t have to involve fancy equipment - the important thing is just to be doing something.

My training experience

I've been very fortunate in my career, working in a variety of places with different populations. I spent three seasons on the mountain doing the Fit to Ride program for Vail Resorts taking their ski/snowboard instructors, patrol, and mountain safety staff through functional movement screens and fitness assessments.

I spent over a year in a retirement community doing one-on-one sessions and leading exercises classes for seniors. Everything from SilverSneakers type classes, to water aerobics and boot camp. I even had a group of very active 80 year olds that I would take out on bicycle rides!

I've worked with clients from 15 years old to 94 years old, with just about every condition, injury, and goal you can imagine. From special needs and athletic teens, to elderly clients with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. Every one of my clients helps me learn and become a better trainer.

Jenn is amazing, she's changing our lives every time we see her. We as a couple, struggle with exercise as most do, and especially with us being in a car accident almost a year ago. We complain throughout, but she gets us through, and makes sure that we don' t re-injure ourselves in the process. She's always adding new exercises, and keeping us on our toes.

What I truly like about Jenn is the fact that she is non-judgmental, make every workout that I do achievable, and give the right amount encouragement. She never compares one client to another, is very aware of my limitations and my strengths. She understands the anatomy of a 51 year old female and comes with real experience and knowledge of this field. She is as real as it gets and I thank her for being in my life as a professional trainer and also a friend.

Jenn is the real deal. Just getting started with her but she's super prepared and listens to your restrictions and plans accordingly.

I really enjoyed working with Jenn at home. She was able to help me get back on my feet after surgery. She knew how to help me specifically with my injury and pushed me more than my PT person. I liked the one on one interaction, and Jenn is always positive and fun to be around.

Jenn has exceeded my expectations as a personal trainer. She is professional, knowledgeable, dependable and kind. For the first time in my life, I look forward to strength training. I highly recommend Jenn as a personal trainer.

Jenn is phenomenal! She gets it, listens to your concerns (including any old injuries or pain you may have) and designs a great workout. I love the variety & that she pushes me further than I thought I could go but NOT to the point of injury or pain. I feel each workout but also feel great! You can't go wrong with Jenn!

Amazing! Such personal care and attention. She's helping me reach my fitness goals and I will continue to use her. I will highly recommend her to anyone needing a personal trainer. Her workouts are dynamic and non traditional which keeps it interesting. I always leave a session feeling like I had the best workout of my life and it just kept getting better! So glad I met Jenn!
