I have been in the fitness industry for close to 3 years now, I received my. Associates degree from Heritage College and I am ACE certified. I've worked with a variety of different people and have had some amazing results with them. My main focus is weight loss but I have worked with people also just wanting to stay active and live a healthy lifestyle.
