Sean worked in the corporate world for 15 years and knows how that can effect the body and mind. Sean works directly with Rose Hospital to train their post bariatric surgery clients, specializing in helping them lose, on average, 100 pounds. He has trained law enforcement, SWAT, firefighters, all branches of Military, doctors, professionals in corporate environment as well as parents, grandparents and anyone that wants to get the most out of life and enjoy living in Colorado!

My favorite client story
I have been fortunate to work with so many great clients, it would be hard to pinpoint just one story that is more amounting than another. Not a day goes by that I don't encounter a client that has an incredible story to share, that involves how our training has helped them in their life. .For example, I helped a women lose 100 pounds and take her first hike - that was incredible. She had never been on a walk more than 1/2 mile and when she accomplished her hike, she was elated that life could be this good! I helped a retired grandmother learn how to move more efficiently so she could play with her grandkids. She had been limited by joint pain and weakened muscles had kept her sidelined from playing with the kids. Now she knocks out TRX lunges and Kettlbell swings with better form than 90% of the people you will see in the gym - plus chases the kids around and takes them on bike rides!
My favorite exercise
I LOVE TRX and everyone I show one does as well! One of my client favorites is the Y Squat - it opens up the entire backside from the hands to the feet. If you have ever wanted to use a Kettlebell then you know all about the swing - my favorite move is the alternating one arm swing. Once I teach a individual how to properly do them, they never want to stop - they are an awesome full body workout that burns calories, builds muscle and helps in everyday life.

Built 3 gyms specializing in functional training. .Worked with all kinds of people, from all kinds of backgrounds, ages 14-75. I specialize in helping clients 40-60 lose weight and get fitness into their busy lives. Trained SWAT and local police and firefighters as well as all branches of military. Work directly with Rose Hospital for their Bariatric weight loss patients. I have the highest level TRX certification as well as Strong First Kettlebell trained. Also ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management and Sports Nutritionist.
