My favorite client story
As most trainers I like to see my clients lose weight but as a holistic fitness coach I look for more. I love to see my clients accomplishing physical feats that they have not been able to do in the last 10 or 15 years of their lives. I love to see clients that started with sad faces showing up to work out with increased vigor, self-confidence and smiley faces. And I have too many of these stories to pick out just one person. My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is the squat press. I love this exercise because of the compound movement exercise that works multiple body parts at the same time. This movement works in arms, back, glutes, core, leg muscles, shoulders and is great for increasing your cardiovascular capacity. It's also a lot less stressful on your back and knees as compared to the barbell squat or barbell dead lift.

Any good trainer has the skill sets to teach you exercises, but an awesome trainer empowers you with the ability to change to a healthy lifestyle. I believe in teaching the fundamentals and incorporating this into your everyday life. I know not everyone loves exercise but everyone loves looking and feeling good. I teach you the recipe of becoming the strongest and best version of yourself.
My training experience
I have worked at various gyms and found them to be lacking in convenience and privacy, so I started my own in home fitness business in Jan 2013. Degree in behavioral psychology this understanding of the nervous system and endocrine system is the foundation of my Metabolic Resistance Training program
