When you train with me, expect attention, patience, intensity, and understanding. I am interested in helping you achieve your goals so that you may live the life you want to live. I want to help you live a fulfilling life. Make a choice to be great. Stop settling and be the best version of yourself. I have been teaching over 10 years and my experience has taught me that everyone learns in a very unique way. For that reason, its important for you to discover what methods will help you achieve your best results. My job is to help you discover the most effective workouts for your goal. I take things slow and I want to make sure you are learning and developing for your goals. I won't put you through hardcore workouts for the sake of making you sore and sweat. Training shouldn't be used to hurt your body, it should be used to improve your performance and image. Work with me and you will learn the difference. I have more than education. I HAVE LIFE EXPERIENCE. I came from a southern background and had to learn to change my eating habits. I lost my mother to a massive heart attack. I have been in military. I have been unemployed. I have written a book. I am a fitness model. I am a fashion model. I have traveled to 17 different countries. There's much more I can tell you but I share my experience so you can understand that I know what is required to work through life-changing goals mentally and physically. I care about your health and wellness for personal reasons. I want you to be the best version of yourself. I train for specific goals. There is no point in training just for the sake of training. If you want to go somewhere, you need a destination. Do you have a destination and a goal? Without that destination, I can't help you get where you are trying to go. My favorite client story

I once had a client who could hardly walk without getting dizzy. This happened after she went in for back surgery. She left her surgery with a debilitating spinal infection. Here doctor told her she would never be the same again. After we talked, we both agreed that doing nothing and accepting her condition would be the worse decision. We worked hard, developed a strong core, then we trained hard. After 18 months, we decided to take a challenge. She ran a marathon for the first time in her life at 52 years old and finished first place in her age group; after her doctor told her she would never walk the same again.

My favorite exercise

Whatever keeps you interested. Because if you don't enjoy it, you won't keep doing it. You can have fun and exercise. My job is to help you find what you like. I teach every individual to exercise for their goals. I train children, adults, mothers, people with injuries, people with illness, models, actors, and anyone who is interested in doing life better.
