About Bradley
I was originallly introduced to personal training as a client, hoping to lose weight. After completing my own weight loss goal of 100lbs and completing an Ironman distance triathlon, I continued to grow my passion for fitness and decided to change my career path to help others achieve there goals. Throughout the years, I have been honored to work with a variety of client goals including Ironman Triathlon, weight loss, complete transformations, injury preventions, corrective exercise, rehabing, muscle gain, and general health. I truly enjoy working with an array of clients and goals.
My training experience
Since becoming a certified personal trainer in 2010, I have had the honor of working many different roles within the fitness industry. Along with maintaining my own personal clientele, I have managed & coached teams of trainers at a national fitness company, instructed group fitness classes at boutique studios, trained and mentored other trainers, and founded my own corporate wellness company.

I love how Brad keeps me motivated to give my best and at the same time keeps it fun and entertaining.
I've been training with Brad for 3 amazing years now. During my training program I have accomplished many goals including losing weight, increasing strength, running a half marathon, competing in a triathlon, and preparing for my wedding! I highly recommend Brad as a trainer to anyone looking to stick to a plan and achieve amazing results!!
Brad has somehow kept me inspired and working hard for years! He knows when to push, but never makes me feel bad about myself. I'm not sure what I would do without him!
Brad has been so great. He has this never ending positivity to him that makes working out so much easier. He is always punctual, professional, and prepared. He mixes it up every session, is crazy positive, and patient as can be. I've seen huge improvements, especially in energy and my outlook in life. Brad is a treasure and I'm so glad to have picked the best trainer possible for me.
Empathetic, supportive, knowledgeable, adaptive. Great job understanding the nuance of my situation and helping me move forward with a positive attitude.
Brad is the best. In just 3 months, I’ve seen impressive progress towards my goals!
Brad is so funny, so flexible, and so encouraging. I've only been working out with him for a couple weeks now, but already I know I have a bud for life. He's understanding no matter what point in your fitness you're at, always makes sure you're comfortable, yet loves to push your limits with a comically sadistic smile, hahaha. He's also a dietary genius! I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to make an intense workout fun!
My experience with Brad has been excellent. In addition to being a motivating trainer, he also is very knowledgeable on common problems with tension and knows how to address them.
If training with someone who lost 100 lbs and became an Ironman isn't inspiring, I'm not sure what is. Because of his history, Brad is really understanding and empathetic to the difficulties of staying fit, and is full of great advice to stay on track. He somehow makes tough workouts fun! Brad is awesome and adapts to my goals, whether it's looking for an event, feeling good for every day life, or racing well in a marathon or triathlon.
Knowledgeable and attentive! After even my first session Bradley gave me great insight about my mobility goals (I have had recurring issues with my Achilles’ tendon) he has been able to help me pinpoint and alleviate some issues, prescribed great stretches, and designs all over work outs that are super effective. With Bradley I feel like he really listens to my goals and designs our work outs accordingly. I’m learning challenging new moves I haven’t done before while still hitting the foundational classics. His easy going disposition also puts you at ease even as he motivates you to work hard! Bradley clearly knows his stuff. Highly recommend!
I've worked with Brad for over two years, and he listens and changes up exercises (to focus on different angles, levels of intensity, etc.). He's great!
I cannot recommend Bradley highly enough! I started working with him to address some chronic back and knee pain that had been bothering me for years. Thanks to Bradley, not only am I pain-free but I feel stronger and have lost weight! If you're looking for a personal trainer who genuinely cares about your well-being and helps you achieve your goals, Bradley is your guy!
