Started to train with Ken Alan in 2002. I've been on and off exercising since then due to career shifts, but I feel so much better when I'm able to workout with him. I don't particularly like to exercise. He is the only trainer I've found who makes this drudgery bearable. I look forward to it surprisingly, which I don't feel when trying to do it on my own or with other trainers I've used. He knows how to push me when I need it and when to regress me when I don't know I need it! Smart, knows what he's doing, caring and professional.
