I have been training clients since 2003 and they range from bodybuilders, fitness athletes, pre/post pardum, weight loss, Injury rehab ( broken necks, broken back, knee and hip replacements, post OP shoulder surgery, etc), etc. I do diet plans for my clients as well. I have a network of professions that are associated with me such as chiropractors, physical therapists, physicians, surgeons, nutritionists, plastic surgeons, etc. I try to make It a one stop shop when you come on board with me and my team.

Safety FIRST. Form and tecnique is my key focus when training. if you are doing proper form and tecnique you will be safe and reduce the chances of injuries.

My training experience

I have been training people of all sorts for over 15 years and i have had ZERO injuries. I like to keep that record in tact. I have worked with bodybuilders, fitness competitors, over weight, underweight, injury rehab such as broken necks, broken backs, post knee and hip replacments, and injuried shoulders. I have also worked with pre/post pardum clients as well clients looking to increase their stamina and endurance.
