My training philosophy

My goal is to help my clients find their "hot button". This is the reason, deep down within themselves, of why they want to have a healthy and active lifestyle. For some people it is a way to cope with stress, for others it helps boost their self-esteem, and some do it because of the vibrant dopamine filled feeling they have after an intense workout. Once I find your hot button, you will realize the value of an active lifestyle intrinsically and eventually you will not even need me anymore!
I want my clients to accomplish their fitness goals for themselves, not for others. Don't lose 10 pounds for a wedding because you feel self conscious in front of all those people, lose those 10 pounds because you want to lead a lifestyle where you don't ever feel self conscious about your weight or physical appearance. Being fit and healthy is not temporary, it is a lifestyle. My goal is to help people embrace this lifestyle and have a desire to live it.
