My favorite client story
My favorite client story comes from one of my clients who has bee with me for about a year and half, she was having severe hip issues. After getting it looked at by doctors the diagnosis was the bone in socket was not fully developed, causing pain and mobility issues. After extensive physical therapy she was left believing that as she aged she would need to walk with a cane. My training approach with get includes strength training, flexibility, and functional training, giving her more movement with less pain. She continues to thank me for not being the lady who will need to walk with a cane and feels better than ever. I love helping my clients feel good and push past their limits.
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is to plank. You can utilize the one move in a variety of ways to strengthen every part of your body. Your core, legs, upper body and develop your physique without causing injury. It's a move you can begin at any fitness level to make as challenging as your fitness level increases.

I have over 20 years experience in personal training, group exercise classes and the fitness industry. Over the years I have continued to stay up to date in furthering my education, becoming a certified specialist in Fitness nutrition, a Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini Competitor, A Pro NGA Bikini Athlete, and licensed massage therapist.
