Working with Jeff has allowed me to begin my much-needed fitness journey! At the beginning of our sessions I identified that I needed help creating a workout routine that I am able to accomplish on my own outside of the gym setting. Using the Happily Ever Healthy app I am able to access the workouts completed with Jeff at any time. He always makes sure to document what we completed after each workout. Jeff has continued to teach me different routines to increase overall strength and wellness. Jeff has made what can be an intimidating process to be comfortable and extremely beneficial.
On days that I don’t attend a class led by an instructor I often felt like my workouts weren’t doing too much because my knowledge was limited when it came to equipment. The two workouts provided were easy to do at the gym, and the third was great to do at home when my day was busier than others. Having a planned out workout to review in advance made me feel more comfortable going to the gym and performing there. My trainer was available daily via text or phone call for advice on the workouts provided. He checked in regularly and was open to modifying workouts based on my needs.

Jeff is a great personal trainer. The best thing about him is that he created a workout plan that is best suited to my body type. Jeff is an awesome personal trainer and highly recommend him. He is always tailoring my workout to meet my needs (or where he notices that I need help with), on time, friendly/easy to chat with, and is extremely knowledgeable with years of experience (and certifications). I enjoy all of my sessions with him, and he always accommodates me whether I'm pumped to be there or just trying to get through it at the end of a long work day. Last, I always feel safe with his workouts plans and I know he will not do anything risky that might injure me.
Working with Jeff has greatly improved my fitness. We have focused on my needs of strength and tone to the upper body and core. Jeff puts great effort into customizing a training routine specific to my needs and regularly introduces new exercise routines. He is aware of my limitations. Jeff always observes me to make sure that I am breathing correctly and keeping proper form on each exercise. I am an active person and a lot of cardio work on my own. Working with Jeff has improved areas of my fitness that I tend not to focus on. Most of my training experiences with Jeff have improved my arm, back, and core strength. He has definitely increased my upper body strength, and it is quite visible in my biceps. Even my wife has commented on the significant improvements.
I was always reluctant in hiring a personal trainer but exercising on my own was something unthinkable. Until the day that the physiotherapist demanded to look for one. According to my doctor, I was falling apart!!! Low back pain, hips pain, knees pain and frozen shoulder. So I started with Jeff; Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive; In any moment he leaves me alone doing an exercise and correct me in the minimum details. It makes all the difference when we need to build a trusted relationship with our personal. I’ve built an active lifestyle, more conscious about eating and prepared to do my daily activities and still follow an exercise program. My most important achievements during this time training with Jeff are having my hips mobility back, my low back pain reduced to almost nothing and knees pain as well. I feel so strong now.
