I am committed to providing individuals with the skills, knowledge, and support to improve overall quality of life and assist in safely achieving desired health, fitness, and wellness goals. With an extensive background in strength training, metabolic conditioning, functional and human movement sciences, as well as corrective exercise therapies and techniques, I program training regimens that improve body composition and help reach athletic goals, while also acknowledging dysfunctions in the body and assisting in correcting muscular imbalances that may lead to future injury. Using these smart, safe, and purpose-driven training techniques, we are able to improve performance levels, meet sport and wellness goals, and keep clients educated on the most effective training strategies for success.
