My favorite exercise

The squat is my favorite exercise as it engages nearly every muscle in the body, it promotes rapid muscle growth, and it can create a huge metabolic stimulus for fat loss and conditioning. Perhaps most important, it is the king of functional movements as it is the most fundamental of human movements which we encounter in everyday living.

My training philosophy

My training experience

I have over five years experience as a full-time personal trainer. I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM EP-C). I was a trainer at 24 Hour Fitness in Boynton Beach for 1.5 years, The Breakers in Palm Beach for 3 years, and have been training people independently as the owner of Boynton's Best Fitness for 3.5 years. I have worked with Division I collegiate athletes in various sports, people young and old, disabled and able-bodied, controlled diseases and disease-free. Whatever your fitness needs and aspirations, I'm confident I can help you be at your best!
