About Laura

I'm a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer. Certified Level 1 Precision Nutrition, nutrition coach. NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist.

I'm passionate about fitness and nutrition and believe that everyone can have a Somerfit body 365. I provide customized workouts that are fast, effective and get results. The workouts are never boring and comprise a mix of cardio and resistance based simple exercises . Your results are tracked on a weekly (weight) and monthly (body measurements) to monitor your progress. This accountability and support ensures that you see tangible results.

My favorite exercise

I love compound exercises that use multiple exercises through a large range of motion. This helps to build muscle and burn fat. A go to exercise that anyone can do is squat / hammer curl/ shoulder press.

My training experience

I'm a NASM certified personal trainer. I previously worked as a master trainer in LA Fitness, I trian clients on a one on one basis out of their homes / outside. For those who prefer a more tradtional gym setting I am based out of SOMI Fitness.
