Having been personally inspired by the power of transformation at an early age, Rose has overcome personal struggles with weight and lifestyle changes, and is a passionate advocate and real life example of how fitness can change lives for the better. It is her passion to empower and motivate people to surge through their current belief systems and expectations of themselves, making the impossible possible. With broad experience in cardio training, circuits, weight training and toning, core development and muscle confusion, Rose has explored several avenues in the fitness world and enjoys experiencing new ways to help people reach their goals and visions. She has been a long time athlete since her childhood, having played various sports to include soccer, basketball, and ran cross country and track.
