3 major causes of health risks are Heart Disease, Diabetes and Cancer and my experience in working in the fitness indursty for nearly a decade to my continued education in Podiatric Medicine provides me a unique perspective to enhance LIFE for all my clients. 


I provide exercise training programs, nutritional programs, biomechanical evaluations that are personalized to you with weekly progress assesements so you can reach them fast and effectively. I use positivity as my enouragement tool to help clients reach their goals.
