When I train you expect me to be thorough on fitness assessment, setting goals and figuring a regiment that is fun, exciting and leads you to your goals. Our Sessions will vary from day to day in intensity and focus. We will get your heart rate up, learn new techniques, perfect some skills and become healthier. I will push you but, I am not a Sargent. I will get on the floor and do the exercises with you, Spar with you, run with you and hear you out. One thing is for sure Results are what I am striving for and plan to deliver.
We focus on HIIT. One half hour in the gym at full intensity trumps 2 hours walking around and not sweating. Mixing Anaerobic Cardio, Strength training, Boxing/Kickboxing and flexibility in one session. Whether you train in Group or private whether you are preparing for your next fight or for the fight against the bulge. We will get you in Maximum Motion.
