When I train you expect me to be thorough on fitness assessment, setting goals and figuring a regiment that is fun, exciting and leads you to your goals. Our Sessions will vary from day to day in intensity and focus. We will get your heart rate up, learn new techniques, perfect some skills and become healthier. I will push you but, I am not a Sargent. I will get on the floor and do the exercises with you, Spar with you, run with you and hear you out. One thing is for sure Results are what I am striving for and plan to deliver.

My favorite client story
I had a client who had over 100 pounds to lose. I said it's going to take a little bit of discipline and patience. Over the next year I stayed on top of her ran with her, trained her, and after a year of kicking and punching and resistance training I lost my client. Bitter sweet. She had lost 100 lbs. met her future husband got married and moved to California. We keep in touch by e-mail. She has not gained back the weight and continues to kickbox and weight train. She says it's a lifestyle now.
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is the Sprawl or Burpee. The sprawl combines core, leg and upper body strength along with anaerobic condtioning. We complex this with Squats, Lunges, SPrawls and squat jumps for a two minute cycle. This set gets your legs tight your heart rate and your abs activated and on fire.
