My favorite client story

My mom never really worked out much at all until I became interested in pursuing a degree in exercise physiology. With a little help from me, and a whole lot of work from her, she's now running half marathons frequently and looks half her age. The Olympic Lifts. While learning how to properly perform and teach the Olympic lifts, I absolutely despised them. Then something funny happened". I started getting stronger and more athletic without changing anything else in my training program! Really almost anyone can benefit from the exercises and their variations with a little instruction and practice. If you DON'T want to be more athletic and awesome looking". DON'T do Olympic lifts! They're a perfect blend of power, strength, and speed and that's something everyone can benefit from having more of.

My training experience

Before I became certified, I worked with clients of all levels and backgrounds for over a year. That year was instrumental in changing the lives of many, including my own. After getting certified, I began to work with clients of different levels at various gyms in the Miami area. From losing weight to increasing athleticism, I've helped many clients reach their goals and maintain a high level of health and fitness. Also, as a top junior tennis player in Texas, I put in countless hours on the tennis court and in the gym. This prior experience gives you a personal trainer that has a deep understanding of working hard to achieve ones' goal. You will always be 100% certain that when you train with me, your goals become my goals as well. This ensures you'll be in an environment completely focused on helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.
