My favorite client story

One of my favorite stories was from my client Paul. He started working with me after we met at a health fair. He was taking lots of medication to manage his blood pressure, low back pain, and sports-induced asthma. As such, he was really apprehensive when we first started working together. Day by day, week by week, we gradually increased the intensity of his workouts. He started working out on his own too. After about 2 months, we got him into practicing his dips with just his body weight - basically a pull-up for your triceps. He did 17 reps. His highest record ever at 58 years old. When we finished his program, he headed off to play golf in California for a week without any medication. The doctors had told him he would never play golf again. Just goes to show what healthy eating and workouts will do to shed 40lbs. and 20 years :)

My favorite exercise is the squat! When executed properly, no other leg exercise is so effective for building overall strength, shape, and agility.

My training experience

I have been transforming clients at since 2011. I coached myself to win 2nd place and my WBFF Pro status at my first fitness show. Since I started training, I have helped clients with all types of fitness goals i.e. losing up to 110lbs, improving race performance, changing body composition, continuing injury rehabilitation after physical therapy, and improving health and wellness. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor.
