About Katharina

I have my Personal Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and have my Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I blend physical health from NASM with mental and spiritual health from IIN to provide clients with a balanced approach to overall fitness. I am also specialized in Women's and Senior Fitness. Being physically strong was and always will be a very important part of my life. It is not the only part that will make you happy and reach your goals. Being emotionally strong and balanced is equally important. I believe in taking care of yourself, mind and body. My effort is to love your own body, soul and spirit. I want to make you see the beautiful you. Inside and out! I always have been an avid athletics enthusiast my entire life. In addition to helping my clients achieve their goals, I enjoy rowing, running, cycling, yoga, barbell training, and heart-pounding HIIT workouts.

Katharina is amazing! She makes our workouts fun and challenging. She motivates and pushes us to go a little further than we think we can without being forceful. She teaches us how to safely push limits without hurting ourselves and knows how to work around existing injury.
