I have over 10 years experience in the field of fitness and wellness. I have trained and coached college and professional athletes during their off seasons. It is very important to me that I keep up with the ever changing trends in fitness, yet create and put my own spin on traditional exercises. My client's overall improvement in all facets of their fitness lives matters the most to me. I also like to educate my clients on what we're training, why we're training them, and how our methods will result in maximum results.
My favorite client story
A client who also is a close friend of mine, was training to get back into the NFL. He had been experiencing constant hamstring issues and muscle loss. After signing up with my program, he started buying into my routines which in turn helped redefine his body and strengthened his hamstrings. He has stuck to our tailored routines and is now playing professional basketball in Norway.
My favorite exercise
Personally, I don't have a favorite exercise. I honestly have several favorites. Tricep Push Downs, 21 curls with EZ Curl bar, Incline Dumbbell Press, Military Barbell press.
