About Quan
Thank you, for taking the time out to visit my page. I’m honored that you are somewhere on your fitness journey and something aligned you here to witness my passion to empower women to invest in themselves through fitness and nutrition. My name is Quan Davis and I have always taken an interest in anything fitness, wellness, and movement. I have spent 10+years strengthening my craft through hands on experience in different areas of the fitness world. Just like many of us, I fell into the trap of comparison and suffered from Body Dysmorphia. I hated walking by mirrors, thought I was bigger than I was, wore baggy clothes and I never wanted to take pictures. This lifestyle took a toll on my well-being. I became overweight, marital issues, debt, and overall disappointment in where I was in life. Once I started changing my negative thoughts into positive thoughts, is when I realized the power I had. I regained my self-confidence, took back my wellness journey and made myself a priority. The happiness and pure joy I felt falling in love with myself was surreal. I vowed to never let myself fall back to that space again. This feeling that I gained from this lifestyle change is too great to keep to myself. My goal is to coach as many women as possible into making a lifestyle change through fitness and nutrition and self-empowerment. I’m devoted to change the narrative of quick fix diets, pills, and surgeries to a consistent lifestyle of proper fitness and nutrition.

I was asked to do this program by a friend and I’m glad they reached out to me. The weekly meetings were always informative and encouraging. Quan has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. The workouts aren’t long but they are Great and you will definitely feel the transformation. I was pleased to realize that I can get a good work out in within 15-20minutes especially with being a wife, work, and having children, I felt like it was doable which made it easier to be consistent. If I took one thing away from this program it was don't be to hard on myself. It’s a lifestyle change which is a process. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this program.
I have been undergoing several health concerns, and my PCP begged me to begin a healthier lifestyle. I found Quan through a mutual friend, and from her personality alone I knew she would be great. Quan keeps me motivated and expired. I am so thankful for her, because my confidence and health has improved. My PCP thank her as well. The desperate trainee found the best Trainer!
Coach Quan is phenomenal. Coach Quan takes time to listen to your goals. She tailors training around the goals of her clients. Coach Quan understands capabilities and limitations of her clients and provides modifications as needed. She is positive, encouraging, and extremely supportive. Highly recommend!
First and foremost, Quan is a wonderful trainer and person. She has always made her classes fun, because she is a delight to be around. That being said, the EmpowHERment Program she developed is just a phenomenal way to get your body and mind working together towards your fitness goals. She encourages you to focus on more than just numbers on a scale, but rather your emotional and mental wellbeing as well. Great program for anyone looking for a holistic approach to fitness.
What is important to me is to have a personal trainer that is willing to support every aspect of my fitness journey. I was looking for someone that is experienced, effective, knowledgeable, and of course, motivating. I was able to find all of the above characteristics in Quan Davis. Her workouts are extremely challenging and never ever boring. Every session is always different and one never knows what to expect from her. Her energy and personality makes a hard workout, rather enjoyable and rewarding. She encourages me and holds me accountable to show up and perform, even on the hardest days. Even during COVID, her online sessions definitely helped keep the pounds at bay. I am so thankful for her. Quan is the best of the best!!!
My first class with Quan with in September of 2019. I had joined All Day Fitness to kickstart my weight loss journey, and Quan was teaching the Wednesday HIIT class. Some of the things that stuck out to me most in Quan’s classes, besides her personable and friendly nature, are her knowledge of techniques and how they target certain muscle groups, her skill in putting together workouts to really give a burn that lasts for days (regardless if you’re doing the full or modified versions), and her awareness of her clients’ struggles; she shows a heightened level of intuitiveness, knowing when to encourage and support clients to keep pushing forward even when they don’t think they have anything left in them. This last point was the most important factor in me going from taking Quan’s classes to also doing partner training with her. I remember taking a class one day (not her class), and I was really struggling to finish it out. Mentally, I was struggling to stay focused and not give in to my desire to quit. Quan was in the gym for one of her training sessions, and she could see I was struggling. She began cheering me on and clapping as loud as she could, and she even completed my last set with me. I’m pretty sure the exercise I was doing at that particular moment was burpees, an exercise Quan has joined in to help me finish on numerous occasions. Quan is an excellent trainer whose personality and thoughtfulness are an added bonus. She truly cares about her clients and wants to see them succeed. I have been truly blessed to cross paths with her, and she has helped me on my journey in more ways than I can count. Any person who decides to work with her will see changes in their bodies, their form, and their overall mindset. The way I see it, having Quan as a personal trainer is a win win situation! Even with my own personal setbacks (which are expected), I keep winning, and I love it! I’m grateful to Quan for the part she has played in my wins! ??
The workouts were practical and challenging. DOABLE!! I also appreciated the education on flexibility and mobility. Super important especially as I get older to remember the necessity of joint mobility!! She not only focused on workouts, but overall health and wellness. As women we are brainwashed about body image, but this program focuses on mental health as well. Without a healthy mind, you cannot have a healthy body! Thanks for your impact Quan!
I had been looking at trainers for several weeks, trying to make the decision if I was ready to take my fitness to the next level or not. Quan was Not one of my recommendations, but for some reason I kept coming back to her. I truly believe certain people are brought into your life at exactly the moment they are meant to be there. I could not have found a better choice!! Quan is an amazing, intuitive trainer who knows when to back off & when to challenge. Personally, I like to challenge myself & see how far I can go. Her workouts have met & exceeded my expectations. I have stepped so far out of my boxes & am doing things I didn't think were possible. I have walked away from each & every workout feeling accomplished. Truly AMAZING!! Work with her! She will not only take you where you want to go, she will be your biggest cheerleader every step of the way!
